  • Weekly Men’s Breakfast:  All men of the church are invited to gather each Wednesday at 9:00am for breakfast and fellowship at a local restaurant. If you’d like to join the group–even occasionally–and wish to receive weekly text reminders of time and location, please contact Tim Sweeney.
  • Choir practice:  The choir will practice this Wednesday at 6:00pm.  New choir members are always welcome!
  • Cantata:  The choir will be doing a Cantata this December.  Anyone who would like to participate in this musical is invited to join the choir on Wednesdays at 6:30pm. This is a short-term commitment.  We would love to have you join us.
  • New Prayer Meeting Format and Date:  Join us each Wednesday at 7:00pm for Prayer Meeting!  As we seek direction for new opportunities and ministry at Fairfield, nothing is more important than the church being united in our prayer efforts.  We hope you’ll make plans to join us!
  • Family Life Team:  The Family Life Team will meet this Thursday, September 11, at 6:00pm.
  • Methodist Men:  All men of the church are invited to join us next Sunday, September 14, for our monthly Methodist Men’s gathering.  We will meet in the fellowship hall for breakfast at 7:30am.  Our meeting will follow.
  • Pinto Bean Supper:  We will host our next community-wide Pinto Bean Supper on Tuesday, September 16, beginning at 5:30pm.  Please see Linda Dellinger about volunteer opportunities.  Please invite your friends and neighbors to join us for a wonderful evening of food and fellowship.
  • Suggestion Cards:  The Task Force is seeking your input as we consider options for our future growth.  Index cards have been placed on each pew so members can provide feedback about what you feel is of greatest need or importance to Fairfield.  This may include suggestions about programs and missions, facilities or staffing.  Cards may be returned via the offering plate or placed in the basket on the table in the hallway.  Please include your name so we can contact you if we have any questions.  You may also email your suggestions to fairfieldmethodist@outlook.com.
  • “Bless This House” Event Rescheduled:  John and Jane Cutchin invite the entire church family to their new home for a “Bless This House” event on Saturday, October 18, from 2:00pm-5:00pm.  We’ll join together in prayer over their new home and enjoy spectacular views and beautiful fellowship during a delicious meal.  Please sign up on the bulletin board in the hallway if you plan to attend so they will be sure to have enough food.

  • New Members’ Orientation:  Anyone interested in joining the church is invited to our next New Members’ Orientation session planned for Sunday, October 19, from 3:00pm-4:30pm.
